Returns

Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt and shipped back to us in the original packaging.

  • Returns requested within 14 days of receiving the product, in original packaging, and undamaged, will be accepted.
  • Any expedite or engineering fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Returned desks have a 35% restocking fee due to the custom, made to order nature of our desks.

Defective / Damaged Goods

Damage happens, and we will always make it right. Let us know as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged and we will work with you to fix or replace whatever is damaged. We want you to love your Finer Desk and will always make sure your desk is exactly what you wanted.
